A.V.M.S. Matriculation Higher Secondary School is one of the pioneering institutions established by the Ayira Vysia Mahajana Sabai, which has rendered yeoman service in the field of education. Founded in 1984 with the noble aim of creating a disciplined and enlightened society through quality English-medium education, the school was officially recognized by the Government of Tamil Nadu in 1991.
Through steady growth and commitment to excellence, the institution became a Matriculation School in 1994, achieving the remarkable distinction of securing a District First Rank in its very debut Matriculation Examination. The school was further upgraded to a Higher Secondary School in 1997, marking another milestone in its academic journey. Today, A.V.M.S. proudly stands as a symbol of academic achievement, discipline, and holistic education

Our History
A.V.M.S. Matriculation Higher Secondary School was established in 1984 by the Ayira Vysia Mahajana Sabai with the vision of providing quality English-medium education rooted in discipline and values. The school received recognition from the Government of Tamil Nadu in 1991 and was upgraded to a Matriculation School in 1994, achieving a District First Rank in its debut board examination.
In 1997, A.V.M.S. was elevated to a Higher Secondary School, expanding its academic horizons. Over the years, the institution has grown into a respected centre of learning, committed to academic excellence and holistic student development.
